“Hi, I’m Kate — the heart behind Haus of Motion. After years of dancing professionally across Europe and Australia, performing with artists, in film, and on TV, I’m so excited to finally create something of my own here in Auckland.
What lights me up the most is teaching beginners — seeing that spark of confidence grow and watching the moment it all clicks. I honestly believe movement is the ultimate life hack, and I feel so grateful to share this with others.
My promise is simple: to give you a safe, welcoming space where you can move freely, feel good, and be completely yourself.
