These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, events, and services provided by Haus of Motion, based in Auckland, New Zealand. By booking or attending a class, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system, unless paid with cash at the door.

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place online.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Student cancellations: Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the class may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior are non-refundable.

• Haus of Motion cancellations: If we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class.

3. Health & Safety

• Participation is at your own risk. Please let the instructor know about any injuries or medical conditions before class.

• You are responsible for working within your own physical limits.

• Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear are recommended.

• Haus of Motion is not liable for injuries sustained during class, except where required by New Zealand law.

4. Liability & Insurance

• Haus of Motion holds Public Liability Insurance; however, we are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on site.

• By attending, you acknowledge that dance and fitness activities carry some inherent risk.

5. Code of Conduct

• We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone.

• Disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without refund.

6. Photography & Media

• Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included.

• You may not film or record classes without prior consent.

7. Special Events & Private Bookings

• For hens parties, corporate events, or private bookings, specific terms (including deposit and cancellation policies) will be provided at the time of booking.

8. Changes to Terms

• Haus of Motion reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
