    This class focuses solely on breaking down the different techniques used to make dancing in heels look effortless.

    Walks, poses, turns, transitions, floor work - and everything in between, is what you can expect from this class.

  • Groove

    Imagine you’re at a beach club, cocktails or virgin mojitos are flowing, and you’re having a dance with your mates - this is the vibe we’re going for.

    Think Sean Paul, Tyla and 90's/2000's RnB - this class is fun, upbeat, and a bit naughty. You’ll learn basic moves and grooves that you can take with you anywhere!

    Wear something comfortable with sneakers.

  • pride

    This heels class brings you all things queer and camp in a safe, supportive environment. Think sharp movements, hairography, iconic music video choreography - we want to see your Charisma. Uniqueness. Nerve. and Talent!

    Heels are optional, and themes will definitely be on the cards, of course.

  • Temptation

    Let’s dim the lights, because it’s time to unleash your sultry side. This class mixes slow but powerful choreography with sensual floorwork, building strength, flow, and confidence in a supportive and safe atmosphere.

    Slip into a cute outfit, bring your heels, and let every move feel bold, and unapologetically you.

    Kneepads are recommended for the class, and heels are optional.

    Our Boy Band Class brings all the 90’s nostalgia with iconic grooves, big energy, and plenty of laughs.

    We’ll break down the fundamentals and give you a sweaty workout that you’ll become obsessed with.

    It’s giving Broadway, Jazz Hands and all things camp.

    You’ll be guided through the foundations: technique, clean lines, turns, and stylised choreography refrencing iconic moments in theatre history.

    Perfect for anyone who’s ever wanted to channel a little stage presence, and try something different.

    Need to let it all out? Ever thought about giving contemporary a go?

    In this class, you’ll learn stunning movement, cool tricks, and flowy routines that make you feel something.

    Come move, release, and lose yourself for an hour — no experience needed.

    Wear somethng baggy, and bare feet are recommend.

  • Yummy Mummy

    This class will use a variety of fun dance styles designed to rebuild strength, flow, and confidence in a safe, supportive space. Forget the pressure — let’s shake off the stress, have a laugh, and reconnect with your body.

    Wear something that makes you feel fabulous (activewear or a cute outfit, your call), and come ready to sweat, and feel unapologetically yourself.

    *More than welcome to bring bubs, but music will be played at class volume, so we recommend baby earmuffs/headphones for their comfort.

Think you’ve got two left feet? Perfect — this class is made for you.
We’ll cover the basics, build your confidence, and teach you fun combos step by step. Zero pressure, all good vibes — and a whole lot of laughs.

Ready for the next step? This beginner friendly class is perfect if you have taken a dance class before, or wanting a slight bit more of a challenge.

We’ll continue to build coordination, and introduce slightly more advanced choreography — all while keeping it fun, supportive and full of good vibes.

Okayyy, it’s time to step it up a notch!

This intermediate class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves even more.

You can expect faster movements, and more coordination. But definitely still the same amount of laughs.
